I have my sound off, can't actually remember what Guild Wars music sounds like, but I have CD's around somewhere.

I like my music, I feel the Lamento and Karas OST's fit my style of playing better

Of course 'Harder Better Faster Stronger' is what I like when monking.

the main reason is in high-end pvp players both use vent/team speak and they listen to the actually skills.
oh and for above nice +1

Nightfall has some pretty intense music from what I remember.

As soon as you engage an enemy you hear them tribal drums and all that action packed jungle music! >.>

As for PvP, I have my music turned off. Too busy listening on vent and skills.

Jermey Soule once said in a interview that having the same intense music at the same places all the time make you tired. Sure it will sound great the first times, but after your hundreth time hearing the same intense music it's not as good. So he wants to put ambient music that you don't really relize you're hearing into places your spending alot of time.

If you want intense PvP battle music. Pick up some Amon Amarth and Turisas.

Versus The World, Fate of Norns and With Oden On Our Side by Amon Amarth.

Battle Metal and The Varangian Way by Turisas.

If you want to be even more epic, get Summoning. Let Mortal Heroes Sing Your Fame, by them. I'm sure their others are just as good.

This is of course, if you're cool enough to listen to this type of music. Which if you are, you will have Manowar, and will also play that.

I listen to music that I've either pirated, gotten off of FFshrine, or extracted from a game. The actual GW sound is turned off. Decreased ability in PvP, but eh, I'd rather play PvP while listening to, say, Game Over (CoD4 OST) and suffer a disadvantage, than to play it without listening to anything.
